Shipping and returns
It is our compromise to provide a quick and effective shipping service in order to give a full answer to our customers.
On receiving your order and if we have in stock all the selected items, your order will be dispatched within 2 working days, provided that we have the confirmation of your payment.
The orders with delivery in Portugal will be sent through a transporter with whom we have signed a shipping agreement.
Shipping to Portugal continental is free for orders of 100€ and over (excl. V.A.T). If under this amount, delivery charge is 4€.
Shipping to Spain continental is free for orders of 250€ and over (excl. V.A.T.). If under this amount, delivery charge is 12,5€.
Shipping to E.U. countries is free for orders of 300€ and over (excl. V.A.T.). If under this amount, delivery charge is 40€.

All orders will be wrapped and packed in order that they arrive in perfect conditions to the customer.
In case some defect or disconformity would be detected in the delivery, this should be immediately advised to Coimpack via email or any other convenient way. The claim must be sent in a maximum of 24 hrs after delivery. No claim exceeding this time and conditions will be accepted.
Coimpack customers may return the purchased goods within 14 days maximum but this does not apply to special request orders, personalised or items made to your specification.
To make the return, the customer must contact Coimpack via email always adding the purchase bill and must indicate if he wants a replacement or a refund. The goods to be returned must be in perfect condition, not used and in the original packaging. When the return is caused by a fault or a cancellation of the customer, he will have to pay the shipping and return charges.
Coimpack will assume the responsibility and thus all the shipping and return costs if the shipped goods don’t match with the order or in the case they are defective. In that last case, the goods will be exchanged for some with the same reference. In case the customer would like to exchange the goods for some different, he will have to assume the costs of return and of the new shipment. According to the law, the return, cancellation or refund of a personalized order is impossible.
